Our annual holiday tradition continues! Every holiday season for over sixteen years (except last year!) we’ve recreated the 1947 CBS radio broadcast of Lux Radio Theater's "It's a Wonderful Life"... including all of its original commercials.

This year, we continue our favorite tradition. Tickets are expected to sell out for our most popular show of the year, so grab ‘em while you can guys ‘n dolls!

Featuring top talent from both Portland and Los Angeles, Fake Radio will re-enact this hit radio show the old-fashioned way: dressed in period clothing and standing with scripts in hand in front of old microphones. Sound and music effects will make you feel like you're watching a live radio recording from the 1940s. We'll even re-create the old commercials! Just be ready for the cast to occasionally go off-script!

  • Running time: 120min with an intermission

  • Doors at 7:00pm, curtain at 8:00pm

  • The theater is handicapped accessible

  • Bar in theater for adult & non-adult beverages

Since 1999, the cast of Fake Radio has produced more than 100 versions of classic radio hits from the 1940s & 1950s with their signature use of both scripted and improvised material.
